• Please carry your Passport or valid ID card with you for verification.
• Arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure to avoid delays.

• Child should be accompanied by Adult throughout the visit. 
• If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

• In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, the route will be adjusted and will include Burj Al Arab instead.
• Luggage or large bags are not allowed on board for safety and space reasons.
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed.
• During dry days, entertainment will be closed and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines

• Children from 0-2 Yrs years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 2-10 Yrs years will be considered as child and charged child rate.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
