  • Access to the below activity as per the package selected :
  • Laser Tag, Bowling, Trampoline, Roll Glider, Slim Universe, Soft Play, Wall Climbing, Virtual Darts, Shuffle Road, Pool, Arcade Games and many more. 
  • Children below the age of 8 must be accompanied by adult aged 18 or older.
  • Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained during the visit.
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with loco bear rules and regulations.
  • There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  • Children from 0-0 Yrs years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 0-8 Yrs years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
