• The ticket is valid for one photo (Softcopy and Physical copy) . The size of the frame would depend on the option chosen.
• We recommend getting multiple pictures clicked at photostops of the attraction 
• DEI team will choose the best picture from the lot to offer to you.
• Guests are requested to visit DEI - Photo Pass counter located at the attraction premises.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

• Children from 0-0 Yrs years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 0-18 Yrs years will be considered as child and charged child rate.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
