  • The venue team might ask for ID for age proof.
  • Doors open at 18:00 hrs & show starts at 20:00 hours
  • Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the arena (this applies to all the items including water), however attendees can consume snacks and beverages from the venue, which are available on paid basis, ONLY in the foyer area.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed at the premises anywhere.
  • Photography and videography are strictly prohibited.
  • All categories are on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
  • Tickets once booked will not be refunded/exchanged/upgraded. The organizer's decision is final.
  • No re-entry once you've entered the venue.
  • Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders are not allowed at the venue.
  • Possession of illegal substances, weapons (including projectiles), drones, remote-controlled devices, glow sticks, and illuminating objects such as LED signage is prohibited.
  • The rates for The Elevate Deck is for 4 pax as it is Table of 4 pax.
  • Tickets are sold at the Best Seating availability as per the option chosen.
